🚧See construction and traffic updates for the West of Main Sewer Project:

May 10 to 16, 2026

- 2nd Street will be closed to traffic
- 1st Street will be open to traffic for the anticipated Lytton ferry closure.
- Centre Lane will be closed between 1st Street and 4th Street.

May 17 to 23, 2026
- Centre Lane will be closed between 1st Street and 4th Street.
- 2nd Street and 3rd Street will be closed to traffic.

The construction crew is aware of the Canyon Cruise Show & Shine on Sunday, May 17 and other May Day long weekend activities. They will accommodate the car show and clean up, where needed, before the long weekend.

⚠ Stay clear of work zones and open trenches. Construction equipment operators have limited visibility, and entering these areas puts you and the work crew at serious risk.

We shared last week that the Lytton ferry was expected to close due to high water levels on May 10, 2026. Standby for updates from Nicola.

⚠Construction is underway at the intersection of 1st Street and River Road. Drivers and pedestrians, take extra caution when entering or exiting Hobo Hollow. Follow the designated routes around the construction zone.

🛑There may be minor delays on 1st Street and River Road. Construction crews will work to minimize delays. Please be respectful, as the construction crew's first priority is safety for workers and the public.👷
