Keeping things simple this week, but no less delicious.

This is one of our go-to serves at the distillery, a combination we find ourselves coming back to again and again. The best part? You can adjust it to suit your taste. Prefer a little more Gin Noir? Add an extra splash.

Gin Noir Lemonade

2oz Ironworks Gin Noir
Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade to top (or your favourite lemonade)

Add Gin Noir to a glass filled with ice and top with lemonade. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.

Simple. Refreshing. Perfect for a sunny afternoon.

This weekend try our riff on a riff, a little Ironworks twist on the classic Hemingway variation on a daiquiri.

Mama Doble
Named with a wink to Hemingway’s legendary Papa Doble, this one is bright, tart, and just dangerous enough to inspire a few extra pages at the typewriter.

2oz Ironworks Rum Boat Rum
1/2oz Rhubarb Esprit
1/2oz Maraschino Liqueur
3/4oz Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Now go write that story!

Long weekend plans? Start them with an Espresso Martini.

1oz Ironworks Vodka
1oz Kahlua (or your favourite coffee liqueur)
1oz fresh espresso or espresso concentrate
1/2oz simple syrup or local maple syrup

Shake vigorously over ice, pour into the cutest coupe you can find, and top with 3 espresso beans!

Bright, fresh, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine that’s finally arrived, whether you’re making one for Mom or treating yourself to a well-earned cocktail on the patio.

Mom’s Garden

1 1/2oz Ironworks Gin
1/2oz Elderflower Liqueur (like St. Germain)
1/2oz Lemon juice
Your favourite NS sparkling wine
Cucumber ribbon

Shake first three ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a flute or tall glass. Top with your favourite local sparkling wine. Garnish with cucumber ribbon.

Photo Finish Raspberry Julep

A bold twist on the Derby classic, made with Ironworks Heart Iron Whisky and Raspberry Esprit for a smooth, refreshing sprint to the finish.

2oz Ironworks Heart Iron Whisky
1/4oz Ironworks Raspberry Esprit
1/4oz Simple Syrup
Several Mint Sprigs

1. Take a mint sprig and move it around inside a julep cup, coating the inside with the aroma (Don’t muddle).
2. Add the whisky, raspberry and syrup and fill most of the way with crushed or shaved ice. Stir to chill.
3. Top with more ice. Put in straw and add one or two more mint sprigs around straw.

The Masters are here, and we’re serving up a true classic.
The Azalea is the signature drink of the Masters, and the perfect way to bring a little Augusta-inspired elegance to your glass.

Mix 1¼ oz Ironworks vodka, 5 oz lemonade and ½ oz of grenadine over ice, and garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry.
