Humana Community Services will continue to support individuals facing a wide-range of challenges including trauma; social, emotional or behavioural problems; mental health issues; developmental challenges; sexual exploitation; unstable housing; homelessness and conflict with the law. Building on our strong foundation, we will enhance our programs, improve coordination, and develop family navigation services to meet the changing needs of those we serve.
