What's New This Fall? More Pre-Session Programs!

Starting next Tuesday and repeating on Thursday there are Recreational Pickleball programs at Byron OCC at 10:30 am and 12:15 pm on both days. Look at Play Your Way for more details.

Let's try this again! Beat the Heat with us at East Lions Park this Thursday. Weather appears to be cooperating. 🌞However, remember this is done by on duty crews 🚒🚨and the event may be late or cancelled. If cancelled, the London Fire Department will announce on socials, so be sure to follow their Instagram and Facebook for any update.

They will be rescheduling the Earl Nichols event that was cancelled last week due to the inclement weather forecast.

UPDATE: Thurs 12:45 pm: WE ARE POSTPONING this event due to poor air quality. Stay tuned for new date. Thank you for understanding!

This summer we are offering 2 express programs on Wednesday's from July 08, 2026 to September 02, 2026 in the Activity room at ELCC:

1. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - 250288

Building community connections is a highlight in our Recreation and Sport programs and during this Spring session one of our instructors, Nancy, took matters into her own hands during her Zumba class when she found out one of her participants was getting married.

In partnership with other participants in the class, Nancy decided to surprise her engaged participant with a Bachelorette themed Zumba class! Filled with all the participants favourite songs and dances, Nancy led an energized class while all participants engaged in dressing up and sporting support for the bride-to-be!

In moments like these we are excited to share the experience and joy that our instructors share with you, our community members!
