We're excited to announce that Chef Brian Sua-an will be co-curating our Harvest Dinner!

Chef Brian Sua-an is the owner and chef of Reverie, a tasting menu restaurant in downtown London that has been delighting guests with thoughtfully curated dining experiences and exquisite w**e pairings for over eight years. In 2022, he and his wife, Jerrah Revilles, opened Saisha's Patisserie, bringing artisanal croissants and French-Japanese inspired desserts to the London community.

We're honoured to have another talented local chef, Chef Brian Sua-an, join us for this special evening. His creativity, passion, and dedication to exceptional dining will help make our Harvest Dinner an unforgettable celebration of community, local food, and giving back.
