This is how much the Progressive Conservatives care.

"We make no apologies." This is what Finance Minister John Lohr said to Nova Scotians instead of answering serious questions about this government's cruel budget.

Nova Scotians have rallied, presented, and written to this government to be heard. But this government isn't listening. In fact they shut people out of the People's House.

Entire sectors that drive our economy like tourism, arts and culture, and our post-secondary system have been gutted and neither the Premier nor Finance Minister can provide an analysis of the impact to jobs or GDP. It's beyond irresponsible—it’s incompetent and a slap in the face to Nova Scotians who trusted them.

The Progressive Conservatives have tried to manufacture a scandal over the Opposition Leader's poor choice of words, taken out of context. This is what our government has become. Our representatives are so scared we're going to vote them out, they are desperate to create controversy and chaos against opposition parties. I think our PC MLAs should focus on how to make this province's economy stronger, not nitpicking the words of others.

‼️ KIM MASLAND VOTES YES ON BUDGET‼️
There you have it. After weeks of constituents making their opinions known, that they do NOT support this budget, our MLA has voted in favour of it anyway. Queens County deserves an MLA who represents them!

Furthermore, the Premier and Minister of Finance couldn’t even be bothered to show up for the vote.
