Village of Lipton Incorporated in 1905, Lipton was named after Sir Thomas Lipton, a British Tea Merchant and Yachtsman.

Lipton takes pride in the many things it has to offer and provides its residents with a safe and welcoming community.

In the coming few months SaskPower will be in the Village installing smart meters.

Benefits include:
•No more estimated bills – with smart readers, you’ll pay for exactly how much power you use. And manual reads are no longer necessary.
•More information about your power use.
•Shorter outages – smart meters will help us pinpoint the source of an outage and get power restored faster.
