🗳️ **Important voting information for English-speaking seniors in Quebec**

With the 2026 Quebec provincial election approaching, we want to make sure English-speaking seniors have access to the information they need to vote.

For the first time, voter information documents will be mailed in French only. However, **official English-language voting information is available through Élections Québec**, including information about registration, voting options, dates, and locations.

📅 **Advance voting:** September 27 & 28, 2026
📅 **Election Day:** Monday, October 5, 2026

📞 Need help? Call **Élections Québec at 1-888-353-2846**. You can receive voting information by phone without using a website.

A big thank you to **Seniors Action Quebec** for helping share this important information with English-speaking seniors across Quebec.

Please **save and share this post** with an older adult, family member, friend, or neighbour who may find it helpful.

🌿 Healthy aging starts with everyday choices.

Small, consistent habits—from staying active and eating well to getting enough sleep and staying socially connected—can support your well-being at every stage of life. 💚

Check out these simple habits for aging well!

10 Everyday Habits That Support Healthy Aging

🌿 1. Healthy Aging Starts With Everyday Choices
Growing older is a natural part of life, but daily habits play an important role in how you feel and function over time. Eating a balanced diet, staying physically active, getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and avoiding smoking all support healthy aging.
❤️ 2. Take Care of Your Body and Mind
Regular exercise helps maintain muscle strength, bone health, balance, and heart health. Managing stress, staying socially connected, challenging your brain with learning, and keeping up with routine health check-ups all contribute to long-term well-being.
💚 3. Small Habits Create Long-Term Benefits
Protect your skin from excessive sun exposure, maintain a healthy weight, enjoy meaningful relationships, and choose healthy routines you can stick with. Consistency matters more than perfection when it comes to aging well.
