📢 PHASE 5 WATER & SEWER UPDATE

The Town of Lark Harbour would like to advise residents that Phase 5 is now operational, and residents can now proceed with their water and sewer hookups to the system.

⚠️ BOIL WATER ADVISORY

Residents from 49–183 Little Port Road will remain under a Boil Water Advisory until further notice.

💧 WATER & SEWER PROJECT UPDATE – TOWN OF LARK HARBOUR 💧

We want to assure the residents of Lark Harbour that we are working extremely hard to get the new phase of the water and sewer system up and running as soon as possible.

We understand that the delays have been frustrating, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. We want you to know that this project is a priority, and we are working tirelessly to move things forward.

At this time, we are waiting for:
🔹 Some final grouting work on the manholes to be completed by the contractor; and
🔹 The results of the water testing conducted by the Department of Environment.

These are important steps that need to be completed before we can move ahead and ensure the system is ready and safe for use.

We know everyone is eager to see this project completed, and so are we! We will continue to push forward, communicate updates as they become available, and do everything within our control to have the new phase operational in a timely manner.

Thank you for your continued patience, understanding, and support. We are doing everything we can to get this across the finish line.
