The 2024 property tax notice has arrived in the mail and now is the ideal time to apply for the Home Owner Grant (HOG). To avoid penalties and interest, apply before the tax due date of July 2, 2024.
Homeowners now need to apply to the provincial government for the HOG. Learn more at www.gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or phone 1-888-355-2700 to speak with an agent.

The home owner grant can reduce the amount of property taxes you pay to a municipality or the province for your principal residence.
