Save Langley's historic Hudson's Bay Farm

Save Langley's historic Hudson's Bay Farm Stop the BC Liberal Party from developing Langley's historic Hudson's Bay Farm The current proposal will pave over an active vegetable farm.

The community of Langley began with the Hudson's Bay farm, a parcel of approximately 200 acres that is - according to current farmers - largely Class 2 farmland.

[September 2011] The latest proposal for a road (aka the "Mufford extension") is simply a slightly scaled back version of the original proposal - and is the thin edge of the wedge. The ultimate objective continues to be the ultimate de

velopment of the entire property, and the current proposal lends itself very nicely to that. Commercial applications for exclusion of adjacent ALR are already in place, as the business community recognizes the long range opportunities the current proposal presents for developing this significant piece of farmland.
