The Summer Fun Pass returns for children and youth aged 4 to 18 to stay active while school's out! ☀️

For a one-time cost of $25, children and youth can enjoy drop-in access to pools, fitness centres and gymnasiums at our recreation facilities, as well as free admission to Youth Night and Family Night events at The Outdoor Experience.

The Summer Fun Pass will be valid for use from Friday, June 26 to Monday, September 7, 2026. Purchase online, in person, or by phone starting today, June 8!

Move, stretch, and stay active together! Our Adult & Tot programs are a great way to focus on your fitness while spending time with your little one in a welcoming, child-friendly space.

💪 Adult & Tot Fitness: Get a full-body workout while your child plays nearby with toys, with the flexibility to attend to them anytime.

🧘 Adult & Tot Yoga: Enjoy a calm, hatha-based yoga class alongside your baby or toddler, with a focus on movement, breath, and relaxation.

Adults are responsible for their child; no additional supervision is provided.

From step aerobics in the 90s to strength training today, Cathy is motivating people of all ages to move, build confidence, and have fun with fitness.

She is instructing the Seniors’ Fitness Circuit during BC Seniors’ Week. This circuit-style class takes participants through a series of exercises using free weights and machines.

“Coming here and taking the classes is what motivated me to become an instructor because I thought it looked fun,” she said. “And it is fun.”

✏️ Drawing and Cartooning: Practice sketching, learn techniques, and create your own characters.

👩‍🍳 Cooking for Kids: Learn kitchen basics while making and tasting delicious recipes.

💃 Dance Mix: Explore ballet, jazz, and creative movement in a fun, playful setting.
