Lampman Fire and Rescue would like to send our sincere thanks to all the farmers, neighbours, and friends that brought equipment, machinery and water tanks to assist with the field fires on Thursday. It shows the incredible value of community and what happens when neighbours help neighbours.

Our fire department always gets thanked for being available and doing what needs to be done. Today we want to send out a huge thank you to the 911 dispatchers!
With the ridiculous wind I’m sure almost every department in the SE region was out on atleast one, if not multiple fire calls.
Being able to manage incoming 911 calls and keeping track of all the fire departments out there and making sure we were all safe and accounted for is absolutely amazing!
Kudos to the PECC dispatchers!

CARBON MONOXIDE AWARENESS GIVEAWAY

THIS CONTEST CLOSED AT 12 P.M. ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2025.

This is Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week, reminding you to check that you have a CO alarm in your home and to test them to make sure they are working.

This week is also an opportunity for three of our lucky followers to WIN Carbon Monoxide Awareness prize packages.

Prize Package 1 includes a smart carbon monoxide alarm, wireless cellphone charger, micro screwdriver, tote bag, utensil kit, ball cap, and pens.

Lampman Fire & Rescue is back in service. Our fire hall, equipment and turnout gear have all been cleaned and ready to go!

Lampman Fire & Rescue is temporarily out of service. We discovered a mould issue in our fire hall that includes our equipment and bunker gear. We are hoping to have the remediation completed as soon as possible.
In the interim, our service area will be covered by neighbouring fire departments. We’ll try and keep you updated as our situation develops.
