We couldn't think of a better way to honour Dolly than to share books with kids. These titles are all by Dolly or shared with Canadian kids through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

Drop in to create today’s craft: a sponge art decoration! Draw a design onto a sponge and then add water and watch it turn 3D as it expands! We provide all the supplies, you provide all the creativity.

This year we encouraged the kids of Cowichan Lake to help us paddle across the lake by joining Summer Reading Club. Our goal was to have 200 kids participate, and WE DID IT!! The kids of Cowichan Lake never stop impressing us!

But! Summer Reading Club fun isn't over just yet, there is still time to read, attend programs, and win prizes! Stop by the library anytime, we can't wait to see you!
