FIRE RESTRICTIONS LIFTED | BUT… our Fire Permit System is Down

Thanks to recent rainfall, all fire restrictions in Lacombe County have been lifted. However, our fire permit system is currently down. We’re working to restore it as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

If you need to burn immediately, please call 📞 403-782-8959:
⏰ Available until 3:00 PM today (June 1)
⏰ And 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM tomorrow (June 2), if issues persist

**Please watch our website and social media for updates**

✅ While conditions have improved, fire permits are still required for outdoor burning (excluding cooking/warming fires and burning barrels). Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

Please burn responsibly and follow permit conditions. Remember:
- Never leave fires unattended
- Fully extinguish fires (soak, stir, and soak again)
- Improper burning can result in fines and fire response charges
