Assiniboine College is bringing its comprehensive Health Care Aide Certificate Program to Lac du Bonnet starting in January, 2027. This is the first local training program that directly aligns with the staffing needs of the Lac du Bonnet Personal Care Home, scheduled to open in 2027, and creates a genuine opportunity for local residents to train for a meaningful healthcare career without having to leave the community to obtain their education.
