Waterloo Region Crime Prevention Council A safe and promising future for all people in our community. The tools to stop crime before it happens often lie within the reach of everyday citizens.

Crime prevention is everyone's responsibility. By bringing together our whole community, from the grassroots to the top levels of decision making, we can make a difference! The Waterloo Region Crime Prevention Council (WRCPC) is an advisory committee to Waterloo Regional Council and works with community partners to reduce and prevent crime, victimization and fear of crime.
