The Ray of Hope Community Centre’s clothing room is in need of a little extra love for our Community Centre guests. We’re on the lookout for Men's and Women's underwear (Sizes M-L), Socks and Sports Bras (Sizes S-M). All items must be new!

We are also on the lookout for Casual Summer Clothing. Whether it be t-shirts, shorts or any other type of casual summer clothing, we would love to accept it! We are looking for sizes XS-M.

You can also donate items like sweatpants, pajama pants, sweaters, etc.

Items can be brought to the Ray of Hope Community Centre
659 King Street East - entrance off of Stirling Ln
Weekdays 11 am - 8pm
Saturdays 11:30 am - 2pm
Sundays 4:30 pm - 6pm

Happy Victoria Day!

The Marketplace Food Hamper Program and the Ray of
Hope offices will be closed today.

The Community Centre is open 365 days of the year
and we are still open today from 11 am - 8 pm. We will
be serving meals at regular times.

The Ray of Hope Marketplace will be closed on Monday May 18th due to Victoria Day and will re-open on Tuesday May 19th.

The Ray of Hope Community Centre remains open 365 days a year!

It’s shaping up to be a fantastic afternoon of golf, connection, and meaningful support for the Ray of Hope Community Centre—all happening from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Looking to start your career journey or know someone under 30 who is?

Ray of Hope’s Youth Employment Support Program is now accepting applications for its upcoming cohort May 25!

Over four weeks, participants build essential job readiness skills to help them secure and keep meaningful employment. After completing the program, participants transition into a paid placement within the community, with ongoing support to help them succeed on the job.

Mental Health Week is a reminder that too many young people are still struggling to access the support they need.

In Ontario, 35% of children and youth say their mental health needs are not being met.

The Ray of Hope Youth Support Services Program is here to help. We support youth with concerns around emotional wellness, mental health, substance use, screen time, stress, addiction, and more.

Whatever you are going through, we are here to talk. No judgment. No pressure. Just space to connect, sort things out, and feel more like yourself.

No one should have to face their mental health journey alone.
