Today, May 1st marks national first responders day. This day is to honour the men and women who put their lives on the line for their communities.

🚑🚒🚓 KLVFB is proud to stand alongside emergencies services in our community to help keep our community safe 🚓🚒🚑

We would like to take the time to thank those who keep communities across the world safe but especially those in our community; OPP, Timiskaming EMS, Kirkland Lake Fire Services, MNR conservation officers, Ontario Mine Rescue, and our amazing dispatch personnel. These amazing people work every day to keep our community members safe, so we thank them.

Please take a second to thank a first responder!
