This is a re-post of the Kebaowek Collection Calendar. A new calendar will be distributed in the future for the year 2024.
This is the 2023-2024 Kebaowek Collection Calendar. The dates listed are marked in three categories;
Green - Compost Days
Blue - Recycling Days
Grey - Garbage Days
Kebaowek First Nation will service the community with our own trucks. Recycling days will alternate bi-weekly with Garbage Pick-Up Days. Compost will go out every three weeks. Some dates on the calendar are diagonally split, meaning there will be a double pick-up that day.
I want to welcome Neil Pariseau as our new truck driver for our Waste Management Program. If you have any questions or would like a copy sent to you via email or delivered to your house, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request. To conserve on paper, a digital version can also be sent to you in an image format, a Word document or a PDF file as well.
Please remember to bring your bins to the curb the night before Thursday morning pick-up dates, if you don't mind. Due to the construction in the community, the pick-up truck may arrive earlier than usual so that it is able to navigate the streets where construction is underway.
