We're excited to announce that Kingsville Fire's 2025 Recruit Class has officially completed their one-year probationary period! We held a Badge Pinning Ceremony last night to recognize their efforts. “Many people are surprised to learn just how much training is required to become a volunteer firefighter in Kingsville,” said Fire Chief Scott Moore. “Our recruits complete more than 200 hours of online and in-class training, preparing them to respond to a wide range of emergencies.”

Congratulations to:

Today, flags at the Municipal Office are lowered to half-mast to mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11. We remember the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives in the tragic attacks, the families affected, the Canadian communities that stepped up to welcome stranded travelers, and the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, we honour those who were lost, those who responded with courage and selflessness, and the families whose lives were changed forever.
