Good day, all. We have an update about shipping out the remaining claimed items. We have not forgotten about you!!

With the canada post strike, then all members being on Christmas leave, and finally getting our schedules back after the break, we are tackling all orders to be sent out ASAP.

We are just waiting for approval for shipping, and completing the boxing. Most members are out of office this week, but we will have the items sent out by next week. We apologize for the delay! A message will be sent to you from our team once the items are shipped out.

Good day, all! And congratulations to all who won the bids this auction. We appreciate the support from every one of you and look forward to doing this again next year.

All proceeds go towards the C&E junior ranks.

For pick up, please come by the C&E Military Museum on CFB Kingston friday, if anybody is not located close by and need it shipped please let us know. Send us a message when you are available to come by if the date does not work for you.

(French Will Follow) Welcome to the Communications and Electronics Branch Auction in support of the Junior Ranks function during C&E Week. All bids are through private messages. Any bids in the comments will not be registered with the auction. This online auction is hosted on Facebook. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

- Auction
- Host refers to CE Branch Fundraiser, the entity hosting the auction.
- Bidders refers to individuals participating in the auction.
- Items refer to the goods being auctioned.

Auction Rules

1. The auction will start on Sep 27, 2024, at 1200 EST and end on Oct 23, 2024, at 2200 EST.
2. Bidders must be 18 years or older.
3. All bids are final and non-refundable.
4. The highest bidder for each item wins.
5. In case of a tie, the Host reserves the right to decide the winner.

Bidding

1. Bids must be submitted through Facebook messages.
2. Bids must be in increments of $5
3. Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids and updating them as needed.

Payment and Pickup

1. Winners will be notified via Facebook message.
2. Payment must be made within the Payment Deadline of Oct 23, 2024
3. Payment methods accepted: PayPal, e - bank transfer
4. Items must be picked up within 7 Days and will be sent outside of Kingston within 7 days.

Item Descriptions

1. Item descriptions are provided in good faith.
2. The Host is not responsible for errors or omissions.

Liability

1. The Host is not liable for damages or losses arising from auction participation.
2. Bidders participate at their own risk.

Changes

The Hosts reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

L’offre la plus élevée pour chaque items sera retenue comme gagnant.
Dans le cas d’égalité, l’hôte se donne la discrétion de choisir le gagnant.

Déroulement de l’enchère

Toutes les offres se doivent d’être soumises par message Facebook.
L’augmentation des offres se doivent d’être dans une tranche entre 5$
L’enchérisseur est responsable de surveiller et mettre à jour leur offre si besoin.

Paiement et acquisition

Les gagnants se verront contacter par Facebook
Le paiement se doit d’être effectué avant le 23 Octobre 2024.
Méthode de paiement accepté :Paypal, transfert bancaire
Les items se doivent d’être récupérés dans un délai de 7 jours ou seront envoyés à l'extérieur de Kingston dans un délai de 7 jours ouvrable.

Descriptions des items

La description des items sont fournis de bonne foi.
L’hôte ne se tient pas responsable des erreurs ou des oublies dans la description.
