Yesterday, United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington welcomed leadership donors to the annual A. Britton Smith Leadership Reception at The Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts.
Leadership donors continue to be a driving force for change across KFL&A. In 2025, 704 leadership donors contributed nearly $2.6 million, helping strengthen local programs, support community-based solutions, and address complex social issues impacting our neighbours.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the incredible impact of collective giving and to our 2026 Campaign Chair, Krista Wells Pearce, for her inspiring leadership and commitment to our community.
A special thank you to our sponsor, Cunningham Swan Carty Little & Bonham LLP, for helping make this evening possible, and to artist HeARTspire for creating a beautiful live painting inspired by resilience, connection, and the ways we bloom through what we’ve been through, and to The Limestone Trio for providing wonderful music throughout the evening.
Together, we continue to create lasting local impact across KFL&A.

The See It. Name It. Change It! campaign empowers individuals to take action against intimate partner violence (IPV). By identifying, calling out, and challenging IPV, we can work together to stop it in our communities.
Think of it like the fire safety rule we all know: Stop, Drop, and Roll. It’s simple and easy to remember.
When you see intimate partner violence and name it by calling it out, you’re already taking the first step toward change.
It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it’s something we can all do.
