On the Road 4 Mental Health is walking in Kingston this weekend to raise awareness to the mental health and toxic drug crisis. Their focus for 2026 is to remember each and every person that has been lost to the opioid crisis since 2016. You can join founder Greg at City Hall at 8am on Saturday June 13th, join him for part of the walk, or meet him back at City Hall at 5:30pm.

The walk, on Saturday, June 13, will begin at 8:00am and end at approximately 6:00pm at Kingston City Hall, 216 Ontario St.

Join us at City Hall or on the route for as many steps that you can manage!

In memory of the more than 55,000 Canadians lost to the opioid crisis since 2016.

This 4-week course is led by trained volunteer facilitators to guide participants through a series of topics, discussions, readings, and activities. BFO-Kingston offers peer grief support to those who have experienced the death of someone important in their life. Support is provided virtually or in-person. If you are interested in one-to-one support or in attending a monthly peer support group, please contact the office by calling 613-634-1230, emailing [email protected] or sending us a direct message.
We are also re-launching our updated Structured Grief Course with a 4 week session this month. Meetings will take place in-person on Monday evenings. Contact us to register.
