🌎🍽️ We were proud to support the Cultural Cooking Program at Kingston Pathways to Education and celebrate the incredible learning, connection, and community it fostered throughout the year.

This program gave students the opportunity to explore cultures from around the world through food, while building confidence, friendships, and valuable life skills along the way. Seeing the students share their experiences and showcase what they learned at the end-of-year presentation was truly inspiring.

Congratulations to all of the students, staff, and volunteers who made this program such a success. We are honoured to support initiatives that help young people learn, grow, and thrive in our community. 💙

Join us on Tuesday, June 16 as we welcome Travis Cellini, Veteran Service Manager with Homes for Heroes Foundation, as our guest speaker.

Travis will share the inspiring story behind the Kingston Veterans’ Village, a groundbreaking community that opened in June 2024 to support Canadian veterans experiencing homelessness.

Made possible through the collaboration of all levels of government, community partners, businesses, organizations, and dedicated volunteers, the village features 20 tiny homes, a resource centre, therapy rooms, case management services, community gardens, and outdoor recreation spaces — all designed to foster community, dignity, and hope.

We look forward to learning more about this remarkable initiative and the positive impact it continues to have on veterans in our region.

🤝 June is Rotary Fellowships Month! 🌍

Rotary Fellowships bring together people from around the world who share common interests, hobbies, professions, and passions — creating friendships that extend far beyond club meetings and community projects.

At the Cataraqui-Kingston Rotary Club, we celebrate the connections, camaraderie, and shared experiences that make Rotary such a special part of our lives. Whether through service, travel, music, sports, or professional interests, Fellowships remind us that Rotary is built on friendship as much as service.

Here’s to building connections that create lasting impact. 💙💛

Meet Noah — a member of the CCVS Interact Club — whose dedication made a big impact at Relay for Life. 💜

Through his individual efforts, Noah raised an incredible $1,047 in support of Relay for Life. This youth-led event was organized by members of the student body along with teacher advisors, and Noah’s contribution is a wonderful example of the leadership, compassion, and community spirit behind it.

Congratulations, Noah, on this amazing accomplishment, and thank you for helping make Relay for Life such a meaningful success! 💜🎗️

There is just so much going on at KCHC. It’s home to amazing organizations doing good in our community.

This spring, 30 graduating students from St. Lawrence College’s Health Care Administration program partnered with Kingston Community Health Centres to tackle important community issues including human trafficking awareness, responsible AI use for families, and strengthening volunteer engagement systems.

Over nine weeks, students created practical, ready-to-use tools grounded in frontline staff input — making a meaningful impact on community health in Kingston.
