Events like Free Spirit Festival bring people together for a day of wellness and connection while supporting our local economy.

Supported through the Explore Georgina Grant program, Free Spirit Fest welcomes attendees from across the region, with many travelling from outside Georgina to experience this unique event at ClearWater Farm Ontario in Willow Beach.

Looking to launch an event, program or initiative that drives visitors, supports local businesses and boosts Georgina’s economy? The final intake for the 2026 Grant Program is now open. Recipients can receive up to $5,000 to bring their ideas to life.

From festivals and cultural events to wellness initiatives and community programming, past recipients have seen a real impact. As one 2025 recipient shared:

“The Town’s Explore Georgina Grant truly supported the growth of the Georgina Mystic Fair. It gave us the ability to expand our outreach, welcome visitors from outside the community and better support local vendors and businesses, all while keeping the event accessible, inclusive and community-driven.”

🎣 Keswick was buzzing this afternoon as visitors lined up at Sterling Tire Services to meet Canadian sportfishing legend Bob Izumi!

👏 A big round of applause to Josh and the Sterling Tire Services team for hosting such a fantastic community event in partnership with Bob Izumi.

Guests enjoyed great food from Chef Todds Kitchen, sweet treats and cupcake decorating from Rozeza On Wheels, raffle prizes, shop tours and the opportunity to meet and chat with Bob Izumi himself.

Events like these help bring people together while showcasing the strong local business community that continues to drive Georgina forward. Thank you to Sterling Tire Services for continuing to invest in Georgina and contribute to our local economy.

📣Milwaukee Tool has officially opened its first-ever Canadian Service Hub in Georgina.

🎉Today’s ribbon-cutting marks another major milestone for Georgina as we continue to attract leading global companies that recognize the as a place to invest.

The new 54,000-square-foot facility will support professional tradespeople across Canada through repair and servicing operations, while creating more than 80 local jobs and strengthening Georgina’s growing industrial and employment base.
