🥁 Our Feelings Have Rhythm! 🥁

Big feelings have a rhythm — and sometimes music can help us understand and express them. 💛

Join us at the Keswick Branch on Wednesday, September 9 for a special drumming workshop led by KUUMBA facilitators!

Children ages 5+ will explore emotions, self-expression, communication, coping strategies, and resilience through music, movement, discussion, and hands-on activities.

This respectful and empowering workshop celebrates the experiences and perspectives of African, Caribbean, and Black communities while giving children space to name their feelings, share their experiences, and express themselves authentically.
