The Kensington & Area Chamber Board of Directors would like to invite you to a Meet & Greet with some Town leaders on Wed, Sep 23rd at 6:30 at the Murray Christian Centre.

The current Town Council have been invited if you would like to come and talk with them and find out more about becoming involved with Town Council with the Municipal Election coming up in November.
There will also be members of the Kensington Police there to meet and talk with you.

If you already have an appointment booked with us, we'd like to give you an additional 20 MINUTES of complimentary halotherapy while you're here. 🧂✨

Simply set aside an extra 20 minutes before or after your scheduled treatment and we'll get you settled into our salt therapy tent.

Halotherapy uses a halogenerator to disperse a fine, dry salt aerosol into the treatment space and is commonly enjoyed as part of wellness routines focused on respiratory comfort, relaxation and overall respiratory wellness.

Minimum Wage Review

PEI’s Employment Standards Board is seeking feedback as part of its annual review of minimum wage.

The Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce will submit a written submission and request an opportunity to present directly to the Board. Before they do, we want to hear from you.

There is a member survey to understand how recent minimum wage increases are affecting businesses, what approach should be taken in future increases, and whether there are alternative models or additional supports the Province should consider.
