Final Creative Escape of the 2025/26 school year!

Kelliher Public Library staff and board cannot give enough thanks to the students, teachers, and volunteers who made this program possible. Thank you everyone, we had such an amazing time!

RECAP
We started in November of 2025 creating our groups and posters.
January 2026 was unfortunately way too cold for the students to come to the branch.
February weather was just right. We got to play board and card games which was SO FUN!
March, April, and May went by so fast with the students being busy with school activities.
June was just right for paper bag puppets!

Students got a freezie treat to end the program and we hope to see them again for the 2026/27 school year❤️

There was an old lady who swallowed a frog! 🐸

Don’t worry though, the munchkins did no frog swallowing today. Instead they “fed” a frog by tossing bean bags into a bin. They also jumped like frogs through the hula hoops.

The very best part of today was the parachute! The munchkins worked the parachute gently and roughly to bounce the frogs around.

For today’s Story Hour, we read “What Does The Bee See” where everything we saw turned out to be something else! We followed the bees through the story until they finally saw their flowers.

Our craft today was using anything but a paintbrush to create a flower picture!
