Applications are officially open for the Ontario NDP Paid Summer Youth Leadership Internship Program!
This is a 14-week, paid, full-time program for young people aged 18–25 who care about their communities and want to do something about it. You don't need a political science degree. You don't need campaign experience. You just need to be someone who looks at what's happening in this province and thinks: I want to help fix that.
Here's what makes this program different from a typical internship:
Participants will be on the frontlines, working on real campaigns, learning from experienced organizers, attending masterclasses with top political strategists and communications experts, and building a network of progressive leaders from across Ontario.
By the end of the summer, they’ll have the skills, the relationships, and the confidence to organize in their community, run a campaign, or take on whatever comes next.
We're offering 12 paid positions this summer, including dedicated placements for Black, Indigenous, and Muslim youth, because the next generation of Ontario's leaders should reflect the full diversity of this province.
