SFC is a progressive First Nations fisheries body that works within the mandate of Shuswap Nation Tribal Council (SNTC) communities and Tribal Chiefs. Today, we remember, we honour, and we don’t forget.

On this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we acknowledge the truths of residential schools, honour Survivors and the children who never returned home, and commit to listening, learning, and walking together in respect.

By upholding Secwépemc values and responsibilities to the land and water, we help ensure that culture, knowledge, and connection to this beautiful place we all call home are carried forward for future generations and never forgotten.
