✨ Lizzy’s Closet Is Evolving Into Something Even Bigger ✨

As of June 18, Lizzy’s Closet at 130 St. Paul Street will officially transition to Rise & Renew, Kamloops EFry’s new social enterprise thrift store, located on 178 Tranquille Road.

This move allows us to create a better experience for everyone who shops, donates, or accesses support through our store. With more space and more inventory, Rise & Renew is able to offer more choices while continuing the same compassionate mission our community knows and loves.

Women needing clothing support are always welcome to speak with staff at Rise & Renew. Kristy and Keya will be happy to help connect women with clothing, shoes, and essentials in a welcoming and supportive environment. 💜

Every purchase and donation at Rise & Renew also helps support programs and services for vulnerable women and children in our community.

Thank you for continuing to grow with us and support this important mission.

✨ It Takes a Community ✨

As we reflect on our Gather & Give Fundraiser, we are reminded that events like these are only possible because of the incredible people who step up behind the scenes.

A special thank you to our Elizabeth Fry team members - Danielle, Tara, Sidney, Dina, and Mel - who generously gave their time, energy, and hearts to help make the event a success. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.

Our Gather & Give Fundraiser was a wonderful success, and we are overwhelmed by the generosity, kindness, and community spirit that filled the room.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, donated, bid in our silent auction, purchased 50/50 tickets, visited our vendors, and helped make the day so special.

💜 The Legacy of Lizzy’s Closet Continues at Rise & Renew 💜

For many women in our community, Lizzy’s Closet has been more than just a place for clothing - it has been a place of compassion, dignity, and support.

As we move into a new chapter, we are excited to share that the mission and spirit of Lizzy’s Closet will continue through Rise & Renew, the new social enterprise thrift store operated by Kamloops EFry.

This transition allows us to offer a larger space, more choices, and an even better shopping experience for our community while continuing to support women in need with compassion and care.

Rise & Renew will continue helping women access clothing and essentials, while also helping fund important programs and services for vulnerable women and children in our community.

That's a real quote from a real woman in our community - someone who told us she simply could not have afforded rent and school without the support she received.
