We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities who can exhibit challenging behaviours and will be committed to providing high-quality care in the individuals' home and community.
What We Do:
-Providing 24 hour in-home, personalized support to adult(s) with diverse abilities.
-Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
-Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
-Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for Persons Served by performing light housekeeping duties.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
-Monitor and document Persons Served' health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
-Support clients in engaging in social activities and community involvement.
-Uphold confidentiality and respect the dignity of each client at all times.
