The Municipality of Huron Shores has opened a Public Tender by best offer for surplus residential lands, supporting our Local Housing Strategy and advancing community-scaled growth.

Four properties have already sold, with six parcels still available in Iron Bridge and along Highway 129, ranging from approximately 0.34 to 2.30 acres.

Build, invest and put down roots in Huron Shores, with access to Northern Ontario's North Shore of Lake Huron, trails, waterways, recreation and the amenities of our communities.
