Please do not enter or dump garbage at REACT sites outside of posted operating hours.

🚫 NO SCAVENGING
Scavenging is not permitted at any REACT Transfer Station or Landfill, at any time.

⚠️ Unauthorized removal of items may be considered theft.

💧♻️ Wait... do I REALLY need to rinse my recyclables?

We get it. It might seem like you're wasting water, but there's a difference between a quick rinse and giving your container a full-on bath. 😂

The goal is simple: get rid of leftover food and liquid so your recyclables stay cleaner, don't contaminate other materials, and are easier to process.

Empty it. Scrape it. Quick rinse if needed. Let it dry. Toss it in! ♻️

One of our drivers came across this cart today, and we wanted to share a quick reminder with everyone.

Please make sure all garbage is bagged and placed inside your waste cart before collection. Garbage bags left beside or on top the cart will NOT be picked up by the truck and could also result in your cart not being tipped.

Help our drivers out by keeping everything inside the cart, with the lid closed, and ready for collection. 💙

REACT is looking for our next Accounts Payable & Payroll Rockstar! 🎸✨

This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who can help keep the financial wheels turning!

You'll be tackling things like:

💰 Accounts Payable & vendor payments
💵 Bi-weekly payroll using ADP
📊 Bank & credit card reconciliations
🧾 Payroll remittances, GST/PST, ROEs & T4s
📁 Employee files, benefits & pension administration
🔢 And all the other accounting things that keep REACT running smoothly!

Experience with Accounts Payable and payroll is important. Experience with ADP or Sage Intacct? Even better! But we're also happy to find someone with solid experience who isn't afraid to learn new systems.

The BIG change is officially here! 👀♻️

We’ve officially switched to the new SK Recycles program, which means MORE items are now accepted in your blue recycling cart! 🎉

More everyday items can now be recycled instead of going in the garbage.

♻️ More accepted materials. More recycling. Less waste.

Didn’t get a copy of our pamphlet? No problem! You can pick one up at the REACT office to see the list of what’s now accepted in your blue cart.
