Our May Self-Care Challenge deadline is approaching and we will be drawing names for the prizes next week.
Make sure to submit your completed bingo card to [email protected] for your chance to win!

Although the challenge is nearing an end, we encourage all to practice healthy self-care for your wellness! 🌟

🌷 Mother’s Day May Self-Care Challenge 🌷

This May, the Wellness Team is excited to share our Mother’s Day Self-Care Challenge!

We invite community members to take part in a month focused on rest, healing, self-love, and wellness. Using the Self-Care Bingo Card, complete as many activities as possible throughout the month and focus on making time for yourself and your wellbeing.

Once completed, submit your completed bingo card to the contact information provided for a chance to be entered into our Mother’s Day prize draw!

This challenge is a reminder to slow down, recharge, and practice self-care in ways that support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.

Challenge Runs: May 1st – May 31st, 2026
