Summer vacation may be coming to an end... but the After School Program at the library is starting up again!

Beginning September 17th, we will have activities, crafts, and snacks available for kids in Grades 2-7 from 3-5 pm every Thursday.

Our September schedule will feature a Nature Scavenger Hunt on the 17th and Giant Jenga on the 24th!

This program does not require registration and is free to join.

Tomorrow at 1 pm!

Celebrate local storytelling with us later this month on Saturday, August 29 at 1 pm!

We're excited to welcome local author Rosalie Nyce for a reading of her children's picture book, "A Garden of Berries and Crows."

This heartfelt story explores grief and resilience through nature, art, and the transformative power of friendship, offering a gentle and hopeful reading experience for children and families.

You may have noticed a little construction happening right in front of the library! While it might look like we’re closed, the library is open as usual and we’d love to see you.

Parking: If you’re visiting us, you can park your vehicle along Government Street by Polly Sargent Park and walk over to the library.

And for our little (and not-so-little!) construction-enthusiast library users, this might be the perfect time to stop by! There are some big rigs in action right outside, so you can enjoy a library visit and get a front-row view of the construction excitement.
