Today weโre shining a spotlight on the recent great community-focused work happening on the private side of our development practice.

Just this week, we submitted an emergency planning application to help a client avoid a $๐๐๐,๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ๐.
We went from initial meeting โก๏ธ project discussion โก๏ธ application submissionโall within ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ.

We supported this project through site plan approval for new onโfarm experiences, including overnight stays, wedding ceremony spaces, and outdoor farmโtoโtable diningโall designed to complement and strengthen the existing agricultural operations.

The result supports โ๏ธgentleโ๏ธ intensification, helping bring family closer together while creating opportunities for aging in place.

In Mildmay, we secured a zoning by-law amendment to allow the expansion of an existing sawmill operation onto a newly acquired propertyโnow approved.
In Glen Erie, we obtained site plan approval for a fourth bunkhouse on an active farm property, supporting seasonal workers needed for expanded agricultural operationโalso approved.
