✨ The countdown is on! Only 3 days to go! ✨

Our June meeting is just around the corner, and we are diving into a topic that hits close to home for so many of us: "Retelling Your Story." 📖✨

Living with ADHD often means carrying around old narratives—stories about being "lazy," "forgetful," or "not living up to your potential." This Wednesday, we are creating a safe space to unpack those old labels, reframe our past struggles with a lens of self-compassion, and start writing a new narrative that actually fits who we are today.

Whether you were diagnosed late in life or are just looking to shift your mindset, this workshop is for you.

📅 Wednesday, June 17 @ 6 PM

Come as you are. Your story matters, and you don’t have to write the next chapter alone. 💛

✨ Our June meeting is just one week away! ✨

Do you still feel like the awkward, out-of-place "odd one out"? You aren't stuck in that old narrative forever—you might be experiencing "Ugly Duckling Syndrome."

Feeling trapped by old stories heavily impacts our self-esteem and peace. This month, we are honored to welcome Hamilton-based Psychotherapist Key Straughan (they/them) to help us dive into "Retelling Your Story."

Key combines a background in education with evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Reality Therapy. They specialize in providing a highly practical, neurodivergent-informed, and LGBTQ2S+-affirming space. Key’s approach focuses on what you can control, breaking stagnant patterns, and building actionable strategies that actually fit your unique brain and life.

Next week, Key will guide us through why these deep-seated feelings of being "different" persist, and how to gently rewrite our narratives with self-compassion, clarity, and confidence.

✨ Our May meeting is less than one week away! ✨

Do you ever feel an overwhelming, almost physical sting from a perceived slight or a small piece of feedback? You aren’t "too sensitive"—you might be experiencing Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). 🧠🫀

RSD is one of the most intense, yet least talked about, parts of the ADHD experience. This month, we are thrilled to welcome back Alexandra Myers! Following her fantastic December session on Emotional Regulation, Alexandra is returning to dive deep into RSD, helping us make sense of the intense emotional responses that come with ADHD.
