National Academy of Social Advocates A place for people from all walks of life involved in poverty issues in Hamilton

NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SOCIAL ADVOCATES (NASA) was founded in 2003 out of a growing concern to those living in poverty in Hamilton and Ontario. All founding members have been or are on some form of social assistance program. We have three levels of NASA: education, outreach and advocacy to give 24 hours support for victims of systemic abuse. "NASA facilitates and empowers individuals to deal with real life experiences using the existing legal resources available to them"
