Hello,
The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) Debating Club cordially invites you to participate at the UTM Invitational Debate Tournament between October 31, 2015 and November 1, 2015. This is a novice British Parliamentary format debate tournament featuring a new knockout approach to inspire the teams to bring their A-game. The tournament shall feature 16 teams from major universities and colleges across Ontario. We'll send you a timetable as soon as you register!
The registration fees for the tournament can be paid by purchasing a ticket from Eventbrite. The link to our Eventbrite page is:

There are two types of tickets to participate at the event:
1. Early Bird Tickets: Available from 10 am on August 31, 2015 to 11:30 pm on September 30, 2015, these tickets will be sold at $45/ticket, plus a $3.69 Eventbrite fee.
2. Late Bird Tickets: Available from 12 am on October 1, 2015 to 11:30 pm October 24, 2015, these tickets will be sold at $65/ticket, plus a $4.89 Eventbrite fee.
UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES MAY SEND AS MANY TEAMS AS THEY LIKE! HYBRID TEAMS ARE ALSO WELCOME!
The ticket price covers the registration cost, as well as the cost of breakfast and lunch (on October 31 and November 1), and of the dinner social (on November 1) for one person. A team has 2 individuals, so make sure your teammate buys a ticket as well!
This is a great tournament featuring quality discussions, amazing food and drinks, and a new concept! We are really excited! We hope you will be too!
