⛳ Drives for Lives is our longest running fundraiser. A day bringing community together for a day of golf, camaraderie, and fun.

Last year’s tournament was a SOLD OUT success. The energy, generosity, and community spirit made it an unforgettable day and we hope to replicate this again for our 24th annual tournament.

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and the strength, resilience, and courage of women in our community and around the world.

At Interval House of Hamilton, we see every day what happens when women are supported, believed, and given the space to rebuild their lives. Behind every story is a woman choosing safety, dignity, and hope for herself and her children.

Today we honour the women who have walked through our doors, the staff and volunteers who stand beside them, and the community that believes every woman deserves to live free from violence.

Together, we continue working toward a future where women and girls can live safely, confidently, and without fear.

International Women’s Day is on Sunday March 8, so today we showed some extra love to our staff at the Flamborough Women’s Resource Centre, the Hamilton Women’s Resource Centre and Victoria Women’s Shelter - we also celebrated clients that could attend with refreshments, self-care activities, and beautiful flowers generously provided by .

This year’s theme, “Give to Gain”, reminds us that when we give our support, time, and care to women, we all gain stronger, healthier, and more empowered communities. We are proud to celebrate our clients, our staff, and all women — honoring their resilience, contributions, and the positive impact they make every day.

Thank you for putting together these welcome hygene kits! It’s not just about what’s inside, it’s the time you all took to let a woman you have never met know she is cared for. Often when a woman comes to our emergency shelter she has the clothes on her back, essentials for her children and nothing else. It’s so helpful to our team to have this bundle ready to give out.
