Do you have an anxious child? Do they have big worries that are getting in the way of their daily functioning? Often as parents we accommodate these feelings to help prevent our kids from struggling. Although this appears to help in the short term, it teaches our kids that we don’t think they can manage their big feelings. Let me help you learn more effective ways to support your anxious child.

Can you relate to this article? It can feel debilitating. I have helped many families over the years with this very problem with solutions to help both kids and parents survive and thrive. There is hope!

Nothing prepared me for my daughter’s explosive rages and vindicative behaviour. But, there are solutions for families who have defiant children.
