Happy Summer Break! We miss all of our kiddos already.

The office will be closed July 3rd and will open again August 24th

We invite any students in on August 31st between 9-1 pm for our transitions day. If you’d like to stop in with your child to come for a visit we’d love to see you!

We would like to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the staff members who are saying goodbye to Jean Hanson Public School on their last day tomorrow.

Schools are made special by the people in them, and each of these individuals has played an important role in creating a caring, supportive, and welcoming environment for our students.

While we are excited for the opportunities that await them, they will be greatly missed by our students, staff, and the entire JHPS community.

Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement, Perry MacGirr!

This crew thoroughly enjoyed their rides of the trails at Kivi Park on the wheelchair transport bike, one of the new adaptive equipment available. Thank you Ms. Tate for driving the bike around the trails with the students! We can’t wait to come back in the fall for more rides 😁

We had the privilege of using the new adaptive equipment at Kivi Park on Monday! Here is a short video of the view from the wheelchair transport bike. All of wheelchair students LOVED the experience! Thank you Kivi Park! We have more pictures to come!
