Some days therapy looks like a breakthrough. Some days it looks like sitting quietly with a cup of tea before your session starts. Both count.

You don’t have to wait until it’s bad to ask for help. Wanting to feel better is enough of a reason, full stop.

We’re Hiring! 🌿🪴💡
Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist — Master’s Level
We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist to join our growing team!
We’re a supportive, down-to-earth practice that believes great clinical work happens when clinicians feel supported, valued, and connected. We take our work seriously, but we also genuinely enjoy working together and have created a team environment that is warm, collaborative, and fun.
What we offer:
    •    Flexible hours and scheduling
    •    Competitive compensation
    •    A supportive, team-based environment
    •    Ongoing mentorship and opportunities for professional growth
    •    Clinical autonomy while still feeling connected to a team
    •    A welcoming workplace where your ideas and strengths are valued
    •    Meaningful work with a diverse client population
What we’re looking for:
A Master’s-level Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who is compassionate, reliable, engaged, and passionate about helping people. We’re especially interested in someone who values collaboration, continued learning, and being part of a positive team culture.
If you’re looking for a place where you can do meaningful clinical work, grow as a therapist, and actually enjoy the people you work with, we’d love to hear from you.
Come grow with us. 🌿🪴💡

September is Su***de Prevention Month.

Sometimes the person who is struggling most is still going to work, answering messages, caring for other people, laughing at the right moments, and saying, “I’m fine.”

Sometimes they’ve tried to say they aren’t okay, but couldn’t find the words.

And sometimes surviving looks much quieter than we imagine.

This month is a reminder to make room for conversations that may be uncomfortable. To listen without rushing to fix. To take people seriously when they tell us they’re struggling. To check in again, even when someone says they’re okay.

And if you are the one having a difficult time, you don’t have to make your pain sound reasonable or explain it perfectly before you deserve support.

You are allowed to say:

“I’m having a hard time.”
“I don’t feel like myself.”
“I need someone to stay with me for a while.”
“I don’t know what I need, but I don’t want to be alone with this.”

Su***de prevention isn’t only about what happens in a moment of crisis. It’s also about connection, compassion, belonging, accessible mental health care, and creating spaces where people can tell the truth about how they’re doing.

This September, may we listen a little more carefully.

May we check in on our people.

May we make it safer to say, “I’m not okay.”

And to anyone who is struggling, this is your reminder that you are worthy of care exactly as you are, right now.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a su***de crisis or needs immediate support in Canada, call or text 9-8-8. If there is immediate danger, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department.
