REMINDER!

Join the CYWB Team THIS Wednesday, September 2nd at 10:00AM. at the Community Complex for our Initial CYWB Community Engagement Session, in partnership with Clarke Child & Family Law.
This session will be a Meet & Greet and introduction to the new community engagement process for developing our Community Prevention & Well-Being Law. We’ll provide a high-level overview of what to expect, discuss upcoming engagement dates and next steps, and answer any questions you may have.
Lunch will be provided.

CIRCLE OF SECURITY PARENTING PROGRAM (COSP)

The CYWB Prevention Program will be offering the Circle of Security Parenting Program in September.

🗓️September 3rd (sessions 1 & 2)
September 8th (sessions 3, 4 & 5)
September 10th (sessions 6, 7 & 8)

*participants must attend all three (3) days in order to receive their certificate of completion.

⏰11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Lunch provided)

🍎✏️BACK TO SCHOOL BUNDLES ✏️🍎

The CYWB Prevention Program is pleased to be offering Back to School Bundles for this upcoming school year.

This initiative is open to school aged Mattagami First Nation band members and affiliates.

Registrants will be required to pick up their bundles (date TBD).

🎒Bundles will include items such as:
-Backpacks
-Pens/Pencils
-Erasers
-Ruler
-Pencil Sharpener
-Pencil Crayons/Crayons/Markers

💳Each bundle will also include a $250.00 Timmins Square gift card for back to school shopping! (Families registering more than one child will receive a gift card with the total amount, rather than individually).

Other items such as scientific calculators, protractor sets, binders and subject dividers will be available for older students.

Bundles will be created based on the child's age and grade they are entering in September.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED (deadline: August 21st @ 4:30pm)

The CYWB Team will be providing free child care for children of those attending the Community Sharing Circles on:
