Huron County Paramedic Services:

- Provides quality service through professionalism, innovation and teamwork.
- Employs 54 full-time and 42 part-time Primary Care Paramedics, 6 Superintendents, 2 Deputy Chiefs and 1 Chief, plus Support Staff.
- Operates 11 Ambulances, 1 Emergency Response Vehicle, 3 Community Care Vehicles and 1 Emergency Support Trailer.
- Maintains 8 ambulance bases located

in Exeter, Goderich, Tuckersmith, Clinton, Zurich, Bayfield, Brussels and Wingham, plus a post in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh..
- Responds to approximately 13,000 requests for ambulance service annually.

We are pleased to announce the Emergency Department at the Clinton Public Hospital will resume 24/7 service effective June 1, 2026, at 8 a.m.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our nurses, staff, physicians, community members, local leaders, regional system partners, Ontario Health and Ministry of Health for their continued support. This collective commitment plays a vital role in strengthening and sustaining high-quality health care across the region.
