🎉We’re proud to welcome the 2026 Summer Company participants! This talented group of young entrepreneurs will be spending the summer building real businesses right here in Huron County. We kicked off the program earlier this week to allow the participants a chance to meet in person.

Starting something from scratch takes guts, creativity and a lot of follow-through — and we can’t wait to support this group along the way. They’ll receive training, mentorship and hands-on support as they learn what it takes to run a small business day to day.

Back row:
• Micah Adams | Adams’ Exterior Home Services (Central Huron)
• Evan Denunzio | Lakeshore Lot Striping (Goderich)
• Hayden Wick | Wick’s ProClean (Huron East)
• Owen Wheeler | Drastic Plastic (North Huron)

Middle row:
• Blaine McKee | McKee Bros (Morris-Turnberry)
• Maria Askes | Jumbo Quail Market (ACW)
• Lily Verbeek | The Daily Stitch (Morris-Turnberry)
• Aaric Ritchie | AR Detailing (North Huron)

Front row:
• Maraya Schiestel | Little Rays of Sunshine (North Huron)
• Tricia Denomme | Huron Business Centre Advisor
• Rian McConnell | McConnell Land Management (Bluewater)
• Sam Robinson | Frameshift Media (Central Huron)
