🔥 INTERNATIONAL FIREFIGHTERS’ DAY – 4 MAY 2026 🔥

Today we salute the brave firefighters who risk their lives every day to protect our families, homes, and communities. Their courage, dedication, and selfless service inspire us all.

🚒 From battling dangerous fires to saving lives during emergencies, firefighters stand as real heroes of society.

Let us take a moment to thank these fearless protectors for their sacrifice and commitment toward humanity. ❤️

🧯 Safety Reminder:
✔️ Check smoke alarms regularly
✔️ Practice fire safety at home and school
✔️ Stay alert during emergencies
✔️ Respect and support our firefighters

🙏 Thank You, Heroes!
Your bravery is our safety.

Unfortunately, after only having the recreation grounds washrooms open for one week, damage was done to the public washrooms over the weekend.

We would like to continue keeping the washrooms open during evenings and weekends for everyone to enjoy, but this type of behaviour is unacceptable and disappointing.

If anyone has any information regarding the damage, please contact Town Hall at 533-2351.
