A Few First Day Reminders
We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday, September 8th! Here are a few reminders to help the first day run smoothly:
Morning Arrival
Kindergarten: Students will be greeted by their educators and enter through the red doors.
Grades 1–6: Students will enter through the main entrance and be guided to the gym.
Grades 7–8: Students will meet in the cafeteria.
Staff will be available throughout the school to help students find their way.
End-of-Day Plans
Please clearly label your child’s backpack with their bus number or indicate if they are pick-up or daycare. A simple piece of labelled tape works great!
Open House
Join us on Wednesday, September 9th from 5:30–6:30 p.m. to meet your child’s teacher and visit their classroom.
Edsby
Please ensure you are connected to Edsby, as this will be an important communication tool between families and teachers throughout the year.
We can’t wait to see everyone on Tuesday and begin a wonderful new school year together!
